Rodney attended Elementary School in Ellensburg Washington moved to Winter Park Florida where he graduated High School. Attended College in Charleston South Carolina The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He was an Army Aviator and was Stationed in the United States, Germany and Vietnam. After the Army he became a Commercial Pilot Braniff International, US Airways. He has volunteered for Burney Citizens Patrol as a Lieutenant, an Honorary member of the Burney Rotary Club. He moved to Burney in 2005.
Burney Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
