Notice is hereby given that the Burney Water District Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at the District Office on Wednesday, June 23, 2023, starting at or soon after 2:00 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the adoption of the 2023 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP)
The WSCP is a strategic planning document designed to prepare for and respond to water shortage.
Any Persons who wish to comment are encouraged to attend the public hearing where public comments may be given or to submit written comments via e-mail to the District prior the the hearing.
Please review the Draft WSCP, attached below, and send written comments by email or through contact us on the website.
Burney Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Burney Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
